Temple Beth Ohr

A Welcoming Reform Jewish Community

Membership at Temple Beth Ohr

Why Become a Member

Becoming a member of TBO is a meaningful way to support and sustain our vibrant Jewish community. As a member, you are part of a welcoming Temple family built on connection, shared values, and tradition. Along with that sense of belonging, you have access to our clergy for counseling, guidance, and life cycle events. Your loved ones are remembered through our Yahrzeit and memorial traditions, and you can celebrate important moments in our newly refurbished social hall and sanctuary at reduced member rates.

Opportunities for Connection and Growth

Membership includes many ways to participate and stay engaged in community life:

  • Enrollment for school-aged children in our Religious School and Hebrew Learning Lab (additional cost)
  • Complimentary High Holy Day tickets, with discounted tickets available for extended family
  • Opportunities to celebrate milestones such as birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations
  • Participation in ongoing programs such as Knotty Ladies, Brown Bag and Book Club, Saturday Torah study, guest speakers, and more
  • Access to a wide range of community events, including Second Night Seder, Hanukkah celebrations, Yom HaShoah services, Pet Blessing, and more
